Often the struggles of first-generation university students slip under the radar because they have had little access to the know-how and university lingo that seem built-into the continuing-generation university students’ artillery.

Approximately 4,500 sixth-form students across the UK take the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma every year. This number has only increased as students and universities become more attracted to the breadth and depth that the IB program provides.

This coming 2021-2022 academic year will be a momentous step forward for the long-awaited LGBTQ+ inclusive curriculum across the UK.
