Continuous bullying that teachers have no control over, nor seem to care, head mistress blames bullying on covid - says children have forgotten how to interact, she also refers to a child being physically assaulted as "bickering" everytime you ring to speak to a teacher regarding bullying they are conveniently never available, if you request a call back, you are lucky if it happens, communication between school staff is very poor - I'd never send any of my other kids to this school and would strongly advise other parents to think twice . Obviously bullying goes on everywhere, but this school is disgusting for its lack of care.
The school itself is great. The teachers are fair and as you create amazing relationships with the teachers over time which helps with the stressful challenges that you face during gcse exam time and more,If you were to ask a few of the older students all of them would have a teacher that is significant to them and their story. All schools have challenges such as bullying and immaturity however this school is one of the best in north wales
personally the teachers dont like being in the wrong. They can shout for something you never did and make you feel unsafe and uncomfortable in the school yet never apologise. The pupils are fine, the work and food are great but the staff can be a bit challenging at times
