I went to this school only a couple of months back and it was terrible the staff on the most part were lovely apart from a teacher who asked if she could see my feet and most of my teachers never helping me with my hand writhing difficulties but instead just complained about them apart from my English teacher
The kids on the other hand were auwful I was bullied since year seven and they didn’t really start sorting out the incident untill year 8
The school counceler is nice but unhelpful I went to her at the start of year 9 and never really got much help apart from being told to go to mental health websights and when I went to her aboyt self harm issues I had back when they weren’t serious she just told me not to do it instead of doing what she established she would do for incidents like that wich was to get parents involved
The kids are also super transphobic and the school is inexperienced with trans inclusivity when I came out in year 9 I was treated horribly by the kids being deadnamed asked about my genitalia asked why I thought I was that gender being told a man is a man and a woman is a woman a boy pretending to never remember my new name even towards the end of my time there. and it was a nightmare to get my new name o the register and even with the permission from my mum it still only ended up as a note on the register to call me by that name but the note didn’t even pop up so If a teacher didn’t already know my new name I would be deadnamed and the same for substitutes
The staff themselves were extremely supportive and did their best to use the correct name and pronouns and defended me when I received transphobia
Terrible school. Treat autistic children with no regard whatsoever.
Constant bullying, nothing done having to remove my girl from here .
Nothing in place for any child with mental health just segregation.
What a waste, I thought this school was supposed to be the top in my area.
Absolute joke!!!
The teachers are amazing the support is amazing amazing facilities very tech based they are the teachers are so supportive and they do help you a lot with your school work
everything about that school is just mid
the food - mid
the teachers - mid
the environment- m m m mid
honestly nowt good to say about it ngl, they never handle anything properly. some of the teachers are absolutely horrible encouraging kids that globle warming doesn’t matter and things like that they just aren’t helping anyone. they don’t help the people that actually want and need it they just waste all their time on the ones that aren’t getting anywhere, and if you’re going through something they just shove you in counselling but it does nothing the counsellor couldnt care less and just snitches so sort your life out!
Bang average.
Got them musty chicken nuggets that are 42 days old and cost the price of a 2004 Honda Civic.
Bullying is never dealt with.
50/50 split between good and bad teachers.
Still somehow better than Eirias.
School is completely terrible. Kids being offensive - teachers do nothing. Kids being bullied - teachers do nothing. The school has completely wrecked my mental health by ignoring all the issues and letting it all continue.
This school is terrible. Kinda are constantly being offensive and staff do nothing to stop bullying. The school counselor barely has any free time during school hours which should say a lot.
