This school is so bad. They dont care about students mental health and dont look after the kids who need extra support, theres always fights and the school let the kids back into lessons with the students they had a fight with after a short suspension. the school isnt safe, the building looks unstable and mouldy. the teachers dont let the students use exit cards if someone is in the corridor even though the kids have exit cards for a medical reason. the teachers dont help the kids who actually need it. teachers say the students dont try even though they do. the teachers never explain the work properly. they put training teachers that have no teaching experience to teach year 11s which isnt okay because year 11s need to learn properly with a real teacher with exerience. they give out 30 minute detentions for the most stupid things. they also give out 60 minute and 90 minute detentions out for not going to your 30 minute or just for not getting marked in for lesson even if you were there. they dont send emails to parents saying theyre keeping their child after school which is illegal. theyre putting year 11s in isolations which is stupid because year 11 if the most important year at school because of gcses. example > a year 11 had a period 6 after school but they didnt know so they went home. they then get a 60 minute detention because they didnt go to a lesson they didnt know they had. then they try to explain how they didnt know but the teachers dont listen and dont care and then the kids get isolation the next school day for something they cant control and therefore miss out on education. the school food is so expensive and bad quality and tastes discusting. its like 4 pound for one cold undercooked panini. there is bad bullying issues here and teachers do nothing about it. sometimes they wont open the toilets at the end of the day for kids to use the toilet. one teacher called me useless and stupid. also the teachers talk bad about the kids behind their backs and about how theyre apparently faking all their struggles. they also force kids to stay outside in the rain instead of coming inside at break and lunch. if you want to send your kids here make sure to look at the news about wykham park academy and see all the fights and fires.

The only reason i rate it one star is because of the teaching staff, it is an absolute disgrace of a school. Both me and my friends were bullied so bad that it was no longer safe for us to come into school, and the staff refused to do anything about the bullies, they just moved us to different classes and called it a day, which resulted in us missing out on key information from lessons that weren't provided for us online or on paper. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE, its a disgraceful school. The teachers are lovely for the most part; It's the students themselves that are the problem and the fact that the school isn't handling any of the bullying as they should means that it is better for parents to have their child at home rather than being in. an environment that is meant to be safe and welcoming and actually help them learn. Instead if learning, children have to suffer and have their mental health decline just because the senior leadership staff weren't doing their jobs correctly. I am so glad that i left when i did. this school is literally hell on earth, and thats an understatement

This school is DISCUSSING teachers there are usless, the bulling is beyond help! Best thing for that school is to burned to the ground, me my other brother and little brother went then all had issues to the point where older brother had been beaten up 20 years later still hasnt change! (Just to inform you today 27th of September 2023 I had a phone call off my mother to tell me that my little brother had been taken to hospital because some little scum bag thought it was ok to beat my little brother up!) I quote this shite school has done nothing! I would highly NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHIT HOLE!

Everything is Terrible, students, staff and policies
‘Can you practise what you preach?’
The school, the teachers the students, none are great. Average. The uniform is horrible, so expensive too, the rules on unifrom are ridiculous, they preach ‘be yourself’ but then you have to stick to specific rules, ie, no braclets, rings or any jewellery, ‘normal’ hair colour, etc, you get the idea. The way teachers handel situations are ridiculous. Teaching is poor with little control of classes. Bad experience.
Worst school.
As a member of the school I really don’t think it’s suitable or amazing. The school is alright at times overs not. You tell a teacher your problem you get do your work. I’ve had many mental breakdowns infront of a teacher to get that I wasn’t alllowed out the class when I have an exit card that allows me to leave. You have constant pressure on us as children to be perfect but you can’t. The pupils there are always bullying or taking peoples mental Health and posting it all over social medias. Most of the pupils make me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. There’s only a few teachers I can trust to tell my problems to the rest I can’t. I hear teachers gossip to other teachers and students about over pupils and there family’s. I’ve heard teachers talk about myself and my family and certain issues I have. I have many encounters where teachers have been trying to joke but made it a bit too personal towards me, my friends or others in my class. If an incident there’s always fill in a form and we sort it but it never does. I have tried moving many times but can’t. I’ve cried infront of my own friends , certain teachers , family and myself hours on end. It’s a hell place. I can’t wait till I can leave that way I don’t have to go back to somewhere who doesn’t care about me, my mental health or my personal information.

This school could easily be the worst in Banbury. Yes they have been rated good/outstanding by Ofsted but don't be fooled as they are terrible at dealing with bullying and children's mental health with numerous anti-social and violent attacks on students right out side the gate which police and teachers already guard. I have witness students selling and doing drugs outside the gate before and after school. They have also previously hired paedophiles and drug dealers as teachers. Multiple female students had reported feeling uncomfortable because of a male teachers behaviour and language even at one point refusing to attend his lessons but their concerns and feelings were continuously disregarded. The schools teachers and welfare manager discuss other students confidential situations to other students and proceed to tell students that a student is guilty despite it being an accusation and an on going police investigation. I could sit here for hours and tell you the millions of issues I've had with this school but my fingers would ache for days. Do yourself and your children a favour and send them to another school, I've heard great things about Warriner school.
