Experienced Racism
I experienced Isolation, racism and bullying within the school for years. I advice any parents who have children from a minority background to think through the decision of putting their child in a space where they are the minority. To think about the effects this can have on a child and the trauma that can come with it. I know from my mothers experience the reason she put me in the school was due to the school being the closest. Please do your research before moving into an area if you cannot travel long distance for your children's schooling.
