Weaverham High School

- I got a rugby ball thrown at me on a playground (not the field)
- the toilets look like a discounted nightclub aftermath
- my maths book was stuffed with individual printed maths questions because my teacher was too lazy to write on a board
- students climbed on the food tech roof and teachers didn't do a gd thing
- troubled children got rewarded for civil behaviour (literally getting free maccies)
- someone died im my family and the head teacher CAME TO MY HOUSE and told me to go back to school after about 2-3 weeks of grieving (this person was very close to me) when I was in school i found out that there was an assembly done about me and the news about this person's passing (only the teachers would of known this person) I felt very uncomfortable with this because I had no controll over it.if.i had it my way only my close friends would of known

The school has some very good teachers, however many of the classrooms are small and outdated- with many parts of the school needing refreshing. Whilst each classroom does have an interactive board, many other areas such as equipment and furniture is in need of replacing.

Great staff, all very friendly and is a very good place with great people

When we came back my school in my opinion was really poor at trying to keep the students and Staff safe from COVID-19. The main area going to lessons no one wore masks and social distance was not advised. Since it got worse methods such as masks on between lesson change over was introduced but not all people followed it and were not told to put masks on. There has been a 1 way system put in since the start of the new school year but it didn't work. My IT teacher constantly told me of for being late when i had to walk from the science block to the English block (which is half of the school and a majority if the children had to go that way and lesson time was missed and students being told at for no reason)
