Terrible place - does not believe in accepting autism but banishing it out of children. ABA therapy used caused my 6 year old to suffer ptsd was put on heart meds & anxiety meds due to it. Refused to allow my son to wear heart monitor to school provided and requested by hospital which started to ring alarm bells to me. CAMHS went in and told me to remove my son as it was not the right place for him. They told me unbeknown to me that he was being restrained daily due to refusing to sit at the table and complete worksheets - they were forcing him to sit. On top of my son autism, brain damage, heart condition and more he is blind one eye limited in other and vision lady said he should use a computer and only be expected to write his name no wonder he got up from worksheets. They had no cool off rooms, locked my son in a store cupboard where he climbed on a table to look out of a high window and fell. ********** is def a carbon copy of ************ from the film maltida and even had me crying a few times totally in professional. There main support criteria has now changed to communication needs - which is ironic considering they use ABA. Avoid at all costs!
