Tudor House Day Nursery @ Hancock St

I am absolutely disgusted in the way my family have been treated whilst being at Tudor house the management need to learn a lesson or two on how to communicate and respect people. I am appalled with the irresponsible, childish behaviour of the management and not to mention staff members breaking confidentiality! You should ALL able ashamed of yourselves. This is unacceptable and outrageous. Since one of my siblings where 7 months old they have been attending this nursery all was fine for the first few years but after a numerous number of unexplained incidents, breaking confidentiality, not providing the correct and proper care for my siblings and LIES my mother felt like this was the final straw . They are now 4 years old and my mum had no choice but to remove my sibling from the nursery after 3 YEARS !! Meaning that they have had to miss out on their graduation and celebrating their success because my mother felt like she had no other option but to remove her because of management lies . As well as removing my 4 year old sibling my 1 and a half year old sibling also had leave this nursery , disrupting and upsetting both children . Do you understand the impact that your lies have done to these 2 innocent children and my mother ? The management and staff should be ashamed of the way they have treated my family . I am absolutely outraged that you can make a family feel this awful because of your mistakes!!! My family are devastated that it has had to come to this point , I don’t think that any of the Tudor house staff understand the affect it has had on a 4 and 1 year old as well as my mother and step father . I hope that TUDOR HOUSE @ HANCOCK STREET are ashamed of their unprofessional staff and awful management!
