Traumatized

This school does not do anything about bullies. Actually they protect bullies. We had to contact Police, social services, because the school could not handle the situation. My daughter had horrible 5years. High stuff turnover, my daughter did not have biology teacher half of the year when she was year 11. After daughter graduated the school, they contacted me why we did not chose UCL 6th form! It so bad, almost laughable. We have been so traumatized by this school.

Don't send your child here

You literally learn nothing there but the fact that teachers don't care about learning

Horrific, awful school

My cousin was beaten and bullied every day at school. His gang of bullies would corner him outside of local shops and harass him, shove him etc. The school did NOTHING at all to stop this and even at times would actively disregard the severity of the situation. My cousing has gone from once happy, healthy boy who played cricket weekly and had a circle of friends into a clinically diagnosed boy with PTSD, anxiety and obesity as a result of him quitting all his sports and staying inside. This school as ruined his life irreparably. Through not only the bullying but the apathy of the school, with the senior leaders sweeping instances of bullying hnder the rug, i have seen my cousin lose passions for everything he once held dear. This school has ruined his life and has forced him to suffer in silence, whe the school turned the other way. If there is any, any concern for your child’s safety, i beg you, just so you dont have to repeat what my family went through- DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL!

Please, do not come here

Unfortunately, this school has single handedly been the worst thing for my child's mental state and health. The levels of bullying and discrimination here, against a lot of minorities, despite being supposedly forward-thinking, as it is sponsored by UCL, are absolutely unacceptable. Student culture is incredibly offensive, and slurs are said on the daily. Students in minorities, especially those that are LGBTQ or disabled are likely to receive a lot of bullying and harassment and will not enjoy school. A lot of staff including leadership are complacent to this. The atmosphere in classrooms is disruptive and often content is missed out on and not covered due to poor planning. To achieve here it seems students have to fully take learning into their own hands.

Bullying is rife

This school has some pretty good facilities and education, however the level of bullying is astronomical and the culture here is negative. If you are remotely different from anyone else, you are guaranteed to be bullied by the asshole pupils that attend this school. The school is dominated by students with closed minds who disrupt lessons. Fights are common here. Students who are remotely different (especially lgbtq) are bullied disproportionately while the school does virtually nothing about it. Misogynistic comments are common and overlooked. Teacher bias is a big issue. It is very disorganised in terms of admin and on multiple occasions exams, trips and other things have been cancelled due to what seems like pure laziness. This school is absolutely unprogressive despite being related to UCL. Quality of education is greatly hindered by the school atmosphere. It was rated ‘needs improvement’ by ofsted in terms of behaviour. If the behaviour here was better, and students were more respectful, the school would be incredible,
