shit school
this is a really bad school, I have only been her for 3 months and I'm already suspended. I smacked someone and sprayed some deodrant so i guess i should of got punished but after i texted some one saying *hes dead now* because i was pissed and the school made me do another day of suspension. this school only want to punish you. they only want one person to get in trouble. some teachers are alright but look out for mr Graham, hes the worst
The food
The food is awful! The only good food is the pizza and the macaroni cheese and the pizza is often burnt as well. Everything else is mediocre at best and the queues often overshadow the satisfaction of eating. Because of the new prices as well one of my close friends can't afford to have a full meal and a drink most days. I have packed lunches for these exact reasons, it's just not worth it.
School
Currently in year 10, and I can tell you that the outstanding Oxford inspection is severely out of date. Unless you’re truly dedicated, it’s difficult. I got put in top set science but I don’t think I deserved it as I’m not doing well in tests but got put in a low math set and finding it too easy. Food price has just risen but the chicken doesn’t get cooked all the way through and potato wedges get overcooked. Only enjoyable when 1: you have a good teacher and 2: you sit next to a friend. Not good with mental health. Tried to report a drug dealer and they did nothing. TLDR: you get put in wrong sets often, food can be good, just don’t go to the pasta bar on Friday and it can be enjoyable if certain conditions are met. Dont go to guidance, they take the mick. Go to a teacher instead, they did a much better job even if they can’t do anything because they don’t shoo you off.

It was a bad school,they didn't handle situations very well,they weren't qualified with dealing with mental health,I had teachers that couldn't teach us anything because they didn't know the subject themselves.

I went to this school for less than a year, none of the guidance leaders are trained in mental health they never understood me and when I was having panic attacks they still sent me to lessons and they didn't help me what so ever
Good academically and a wide range of subjects.
The school is very good academically, there is a wide range of subjects and a very wide range of ability students and teachers to satisfy this. There are lots of students and majority of them are nice and overall it is a decent environment to work in. However, one thing I would say could be improved is the transition to the school if you are a new student, they tend to throw you into the deep end a bit, which for students who aren’t super outgoing can be very stressful and challenging. But on the whole the school is good and you do learn a lot and the 6th form is definitely better then the lower school.

Awful
My experience here was awful with bullying teachers wouldn’t do anything and said they need evidence but when looking at cameras they’d say it was too grainy to see anything, I was attacked once and defended myself and got told off because fighting isn’t allowed. I have Asperger’s too and teachers did not deal and help me with that at all. There are some very nice teachers but unfortunately they aren’t in charge or higher up.

Generally good. High achieving, sizable, well-enough resources and teachers are good on the whole.
Drug problems exist, people get high in school toilets etc, but not ridiculously commonly - it's no worse than any other secondary school and isn't often disruptive to everyone else, and is eventually picked up from what I can tell.
