My daughter had an absolutely horrendous time at this school. The teachers were dishonest and rude and made other kids at the school uncomfortable. I was gutted when I found out what was going on here, it isn’t okay at all. Full stop.
I am not surprised, since this is a private school and is more susceptible to teachers who are wanting to take advantage of children’s mental health because of their own problems or stress. Which is extremely unprofessional, may I add.
Other parents have also stated the teachers there come and go and act very childish. Wouldn’t recommend.
This school is dangerous and hazardous for your children, There are little to no consequences for violent behavior here and it is sometimes even rewarded. There was a student here who I will not name who ran offsite, stole a bike, hit a teacher with a bike and received no punishment and later in the afternoon was taken bowling as a reward. The only excuse the staff gave was "well she didn't even do the bowling" does it matter? You gave her the chance to in the first place. And it's not just staff that this happens to, it's children as well. The same child got into a physical fight with a younger student by 3 years and went up to said younger student then threw sand in their eyes and punched them in the face, breaking their glasses along with injuring them. This was not retaliation for anything and they had perviously targeted that younger student for a while before this incident along with multiple smaller incidents that had never been punished leading to this incident because there was no punishment put in place. There is also a different student with more severe needs who gets rewarded for anything they do and they have gotten away with multiple things such as throwing hard items at a pregnant woman, hitting other students, hitting and spitting at teachers, throwing tantrums in the corridors for hours on end while people are doing exams and even their GCSEs resulting in students being locked in their classrooms as to not get attacked by this student. They let this student loudly scream, kick, spit, hit and just do anything they want without any punishment. They throw these tantrums for hours on end and just get away with it and it's not very fair for the other students, they always get rewarded with "star time" at the end of the week and get taken to a park as a reward for their disgusting and violent behavior toward staff and students like when they throw chairs, spit and kick staff members. Don't send your children to this safety hazard of a school.
I just love it here, I love how they starve children and I love how the y let peers hit and spit at staff members and get away with it, I love how people wear no shoes and stink the corridors out, I love how students don’t no how to keep healthy hygiene, I Love how the school always smells like fish, wet dog or cheesy feet, I love how adults make comments on peers appearances and I also love how they treat others differently, I love how they let students scream in the corridors while everyone’s doing there lesson it really calms us down, I also love it when the furry’s jump on the table and bark only jk kys (keep your self safe). Myself and others love it when we are locked in buildings it really makes us feel so so safe, I love it when I have to hand my phone in because if there’s something seriously wrong with me I don’t need to call my parent right?🤣 no I love how if I was about to drop dead I’d have to run down the stairs and wait for them to call my parent, I love how staff let other students get away without a punishment for doing the same thing as it was a struggle within there “needs”, I absolutely love it when staff tell students “we all have different needs” well if we was really different then why is this student the only one who’s “different”, I love it when staff involves there self’s in conversations that there irrelevant to as same with students, I absolutely love when my peers have no manners and show there chewed up food in the mouth, I love how they let peers speak to others as I have heard them call them names like “fat cee you next Tuesday” and “obese cow” how heart warming and thoughtful really made there day and mine, last of all I absolutely love there dirty, crusty and always broken vehicles it makes me feel so safe driving on the road🥰🥰
This school genuinely disgusts me, it is deeply unfair and I am very disappointed in what I have seen of it. There isn't much to help the students here and they claim to be a specialist school but in reality do they even know how to cater to children with more severe needs? Because from what I've seen they just let the children with more severe needs do whatever they want and don't put in an effort to try and educate them to better their life in the future. I think it is unsafe for children here as I have seen multiple students being violent towards others and getting little to no punishment, incidents like this happen over and over again because they do not try to teach the children that this behavior is wrong and unacceptable or try to teach the children there are better ways to regulate their emotions and deal with the current situation that is putting them in distress. Some children who have the same needs as each other could do the same thing as each other such as hitting another child or running off site but one will get rewarded and the other will get punished all based on how their behavior in school is. If one child was badly behaved, constantly refused work and was violent or verbally abusive towards peers, their punishment would be something like not getting to go to the park. But if a child with the same needs except well behaved, does work to the best of their ability and was polite, their punishment could be getting sent home and isolation or exclusion the next day. They do have a few hygiene issues as I have noticed whenever you are in the corridors and some rooms there is a certain odour and they do let children walk around the school without shoes or socks on. Although on a more positive note I will say I am impressed with some of the staffs abilities to form strong bonds with the children here and I think it's very sweet how much some staff do to help the children here. Overall very unfair and not very inclusive at all, don't send children here.

A lot of students are rude/unkind towards others. But most people are pretty alright 👍
I have bad mental health, and this school doesn’t help. Personally, i think this school should be burned to a crisp- but, i would rather come here than Kill myself.
Don’t send your kids here
It's not that good tbf but it's got some good scran n very skibidi teachers we love them but maybe the school needs to get better at pest control as I see a lot of animals in the school but the lessons r pretty fun like discovery I think usually every time u go out in the corridor there's always someone throwing a fit n some kids get away w hitting ppl n even get taken to parks afterwards or taken bowling after stealing bikes n throwing them at staff so they def need to get better at being fair but some staff beginning with g try so hard for the best for us students and should get a raise n become headteacher n deputy head should be staff beginning w S and K
Dordy me wer do I start babycakes, the schools alright n that teachers are nice towards student wel sum teachers, people do seem to think they help students with there struggles but make them worse, the school have a very skibidi support system n is full of kind n caring teachers especially the wons who start with g,s,i,k who give there all into helping the children with there future n genuinely want wats best for us you guys r proper chavey’s we are all thankful for everything our teachers do for us n we do appreciate them even if we dont show it bad fing is wen children r on won they shout, kick, scream n spit n hit n they get away with it as they have “different needs” the teachers are very understanding of the children n help them with the things they dont know how to deal with properly the school is weird n we have lots n lots of laughs n giggles n overall is n enjoyable place, its so skibidi toilet n shout out the won teacher who helps everyone with there problems she’s a real won n she deserves more than what she gets that’s it mush cant say anymore or ill move onto negatives// so skibidi alpha Ohio male toilet😃👍🏽
Headteacher is doing a terrible job.
Children aren’t given the opportunity to meet the highest standards. GCSES are the lowest priority, children aren’t managed correctly. This isn’t the best place, under new management this could flourish, however the current standards are failing.
The students in this school have complex needs and need a lot of support, unfortunately serendipity doesn't offer a lot of support, the school staff claim they help the students with as much as they can but my daughter has severe mental health and the school haven’t provided they could help my daughter with her needs they seem to make it worse, the school is supposed to help children with there communication skills but the school can’t communicate them selfs, the school are supposed to help with complex needs but they don’t. The staff claim they have good PE lessons but all they do is take them for a walk, the students are not getting a good education because there is always students making nose in the hall way and the staff allow this to happen witch then distracts others who are trying to do there lessons, I went for a meeting about my daughter and the head teacher was talking about a previous student who had not long left (who my daughter is best friends with)and was saying bad things about the other student witch are not true. My daughter dose not feel safe in this school with the amount of bullying and racism in the school witch the staff allow to happen there are no consequences in place, students attack my child and others and the school don’t do anything about it. The way some staff treat my daughter makes her feel unliked and unwanted in that school, a few staff members act like they are children and will argue with my daughter like they are big children and the staff need to grow up with the way they do things in this school.the school staff are never permanent people are leaving all the time witch makes it hard for the children to have connections, some school staff are only in a few days s week or on half days witch makes it hard for students to make connections and to feel safe, the staff are nit aloud to talk about other students(mentioning there names)to parents or carers because of confidentiality but unfortunately they do. The way the staff deal with situations is not appropriate, I’ve heard a few things that a few staff members will take students for a walk and will be smoking in front of that student witch i think is disgusting. The staff are very unprofessional and refuse to be near some students because of the way that child reacts but the staff needs to remember that the child they don’t want to be near has needs that need to be looked after, a mail staff member at this school is angry s lot if the time and scares my child because he will be angry near them witch isn’t fair on the children,The school use to be a good school but unfortunately went down hill a lot I’m very disappointed!!
I would say they don’t give children enough opportunities to thrive in learning and underestimate them they don’t offer much emotional support and aren’t very great at dealing with Autism, ADHD and mental ill health don’t send your child to this school if they require a lot of support as they won’t receive it
