The Piggybank Day Nursery Ltd

Our son went to piggy bank for 3 years. We were initially very happy but after hearing a certain member of staff (baby room) talking about a colleague, I started to feel very uncomfortable so was going to report it to the management but found out it was actually the management that had started the conflict and were not helping the situation but were adding fuel to the fire.. I always found the manager/owner to be abrupt but just thought this was her mannerism. Since this I have found her very rude and unprofessional. She was unapproachable when I went to her with a payment query and basically closed the matter stating I was wrong! I hope the new management that have just taken over are an improvement on the previous leadership and nip the office politics in the bud! My sons key workers have all been fantastic, shame about the managers.
