Adult bullying was rife here
I had the misfortune of working at this school. Bullying was rife amongst staff. If the head didn’t like you or you fell out of favour then your life was made hell and you would be subject to mental abuse. It had an impact on me for many years. Great to now get this off my chest. No one would stick up for you probably because it was best to keep on the right side. This happened to many people. Horrible individual with zero integrity just out to make a name which people believed. No leadership or management skills. Hope the school is different now and those that joined in experienced the same first hand.
