This school, to put it simply, is the prime example for a shortage of teachers. They lack staff wellbeing. The head doesn't know her staff. Too many members of managers. All of which are bullies and out for themselves rather than creating a safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff to thrive. A staff turnover of 18 members of staff in one academic year speaks for itself. The headteacher appointed the position as she had no other candidates alongside.
