The music department is very strong and a very good quality of teaching. But in other aspects some of the teaching is lacking. There is no support for SEN students we are just used for the school to get more money and are treated like mud on their shoe and safeguarding officers are extremely ableist towards us.
the school does absolutely nothing to combat bullying and i had to leave the school after a breakdown due to the severe bullying i was facing every day. additionally, there is very little support for SEN students, and such students are treated with very little respect.
At the free school they pay more consideration to minor details such as earring sizes, skirt length, eyeliner, hair colour, and being silent in the corridors.(the list goes on) rather than the actual quality of teaching, very disappointing.
I made quite a lot of friends here, and doing Triple Science really helped me get to where I want to get to. I currently go to Brockenhurst College where I am studying Environmental Science, Biology and Geography. I aim to become a zoologist, and my GCSE subjects really helped me get to where I am now.
Amazing school, great facility’s and absolutely no litter anywhere such a clean building. We all get amazing grades always on target or on aspirational. The school is such a community like one massive family teachers are friendly and and approachable they care tremendously about there lessons and I’m so glad I am part of the tifs experience!!!!!
