The Ebbsfleet Academy

This school contains of terrible mean rude teachers that are condescending not only students but to parents they do not understand the essence of communication or explanation. They cannot explain any of the new rules or behaviours policy They cannot understand students emotions there is no student voice the school is absolutely the worst place I've ever been to I've joined the school in year seven and left in year 13 and it's been my worst experience throughout my whole educational experience. The teachers are not only incompassionate, but they are not competent to teach. they don't understand the essence of compromise. The school also has a tendency to lie to teachers about the state of classes. They like to tell the teachers that the students are ahead on different subjects but it is the complete opposite just so that they are able to retain these teachers because they were unable to retain teachers, they decided to change the school from A-level to IB on another note the School acts more like a prison then a school on one occasion not too long ago the school in the sixth form had taken away the toilets from a so called act of vandalism in the toilet however in this case they didn't give us the time of events when this so-called vandalism happened they took away the toilets and still this day we have not received the toilets back and we are forced to use toilets wherever we can most likely before we come into the School building this is not only the first occasion where our human needs have been restricted this is not an Ebbsfleet family as they like to claim.

This school has an awful culture. There is no communication between parents and staff, and when there is, it is poor, rude and offensive. The staff are of the worst kind, and should not be working with children. Absolute disgusting human beings. The teachers are the worst form of bullies in this school.
This is one of them examples of schools that hide everything on an oftsted visit, and revert back to an appalling culture the minute ofsted walk out the door.
The staff treat the children as if they are in the 1800's. They cant breath without getting a detention for the most ridiculous things. The staff do not support children's mental health or well-being. My child is one of the many examples that has suffered from severe mental health issue since starting at this school.
Communication is poor. Teaching is poor. Well-being is not supported. SEN needs not supported. Why is this school still open?? This school needs closing down, and the teachers need firing!

My children had been at the ebbsfleet academy for more than 5yrs and I can confirm that this is one of the best school . The school make sure they have met all the academic needs for the children . Teachers are very friendly and supportive and treat the children like their own especially the principal Ms . Shergill is an amazing person , she ensure the school provides the best environment for children’s career development. Thank you so much to ms. Shergill and the entire staff for all your care and dedications .Really appreciated 🙏🙏

Is the worst school in kent, teacher are angry all the time and don’t even explain the task that they set. Is just horrible
