Swansea Sixth Form College

Rude staff. Hardly ever answered emails, despite explaining that I needed information/help by certain deadlines. The business owner hung up on me because she felt "threatened" (I was just raising a complaint about the issues I was having). I feel alone and no one to turn to despite paying to study here. What should I do???????

A lot of teahcers just read off of slides. One dosen't mark anything that I write and one doesn't have a clue about the topic won't answer any of the questions that i have and i'ts driving me crazy. Working on getting money back as i've paid waaaay too mcuh to basically teach myself. how is this fair? Its not even proper classrooms, we're in tiny rooms above a shop liek the other reviews have said.

I was meant to sat an exam with them recently but when I got there the main lady told me to wait outside. The exam was meant to start at 9 and I got there for about 35 minutes early. Because it was pouring down outside i asked if I could wait inside she got really aggressive and told me to wait outside. I waited 10 minutes and asked if I could come inside because other people were inside having their ID checked now. She shouted at me to wait outside until the queue went down or she wouldn't let me sit the exam (but there was no one there when I first got there????). When I was finally aloud to come in and sit down (we were all crammed in the back of this small old shop - not a College!!!). I couldn't see a clock in the room where she wouldn't let the person in front of me reposition their watch (they volunteered) so we could both see it. There was another class sounding literally next door singing and playing music really loudly i raised my hand to ask if they could close the door or turn the music down but she ignored me. I don't know if I did well or not but everything stressed me out and I have to go back again now. I paid hundreds to sit my exam here - I don't think it's fair to be treated like this.

Dreadful service, unqualified teachers and won't issue you a refund, even if you cancel within 14 days - they still keep 2 terms of fees and break UK law in doing so. They don't upload recorded lessons, no course material available, hidden practical's fees and extortionate exam fees. They have no laboratories to do these in, very few staff - THEY ARE NOT A COLLEGE but operate from a tiny shop front with 2 rooms. Beware - definitely avoid.
