My daughter attends Supertots Day Nursery and has for some time. I chose this nursery for its convenient location, being only a short drive for me and their Ofsted rating. It’s by far the most expensive nursery in the area so I was expecting great things. However, a few things have caused me to rethink. Daughter being sent home repeatedly with extremely full nappies, soaked all down her leg. More than once left in soiled nappies which have caused nappy rash which she never gets at home. She’s screamed at me trying to clean it or bathe her! It’s extremely bad service to be spending so much for childcare, with nappies on top for them to be left in filth. I love the girls here, they’re fantastic so I don’t want to make a fuss but it’s difficult. I’d go to the manager, but quite frankly her cold and actually rude demeanour makes it hard. I’ve seen her “handle” an issue and I’m sorry, just seems completely incompetent. I think 99% of the menu seems fantastic and my daughter loves it, but processed cereal for breakfast? Don’t see the nutritional benefit at all. The parking is a joke, in the playground! How a child or parent hasn’t been hit is beyond me. I noticed on the newsletter it said they’ve received multiple complaints which I’m not surprised about at all (yet not done anything about it it seems) so another thing manager isn’t equipped to deal with. Happy with the communication through the app, all the activities they do and services that come in which expand their days. All other staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Outside could be maintained more, some is even broken. I’m moderately happy keeping her here until she moves on but would I come in first place if I knew all this before? No.
