Horrible school
Toxic leadership. No response to any communication, they will not reply. No itention to resolve anything, they will just blank you and then worst of all, take it out on your kid.
Failing on multiple levels
- don’t expect replies to any communication since the previous administrator left, let alone actions to put things right
- anti-bullying policy exists on paper but that’s about it; teachers will victimise and single out a pupil and often go out of their way to then add insult to injury
- academically bright children often complain of being bored because there is no provision to encourage individual growth or provide more challenging tasks
- PE lessons routinely missed altogether
- parents evening lack constructive feedback on academic progress (‘he/she is doing really well’ essentially to get out of admitting they have absolutely no idea where the child is at)
- copy and paste type school reports - working on the assumption that parents don’t compare their children’s reports
- teachers have major gaps in basic knowledge - ‘polar bears live in Antarctica’, workbooks with pre-printed stickers ‘religeous education’; but super quick to jump at a kid’s throat (if they happen not to like their face for whatever reason) that they can’t punctuate or capitalise sentences - nor can the school receptionist as a matter of fact
- disorganised in terms of event planning - not unusual to find out at a day’s notice
- erratic planning - fancy costume dress up day yet no activity/learning planned around this
- no homework feedback/marking. Mistakes routinely missed and not addressed
- huge staff turnover who, once they leave, have nothing nice to say about SLT - again bullying amongst adults is rife as corroborated by ex-staff.

Teachers are abusers
My daughter came to school one day (she has long hair by the way) and she was harassed my students and teachers and one teacher went as far as to cut her hair so it fitted with ‘school uniform’.
Do not send your children there
My son came home ill from the school dinners one day and my other son was singled out because he is part of an ethnic minority family, made to leave class because he said that Black Lives Matter and he is being bullied, but the school do nothing about it
