This school does a great marketing scheme ! I don’t feel it enhanced my child in any way . It’s an academic school but if your child falls behind they have no interest in notifying you the parent . They jump at names but if your just a normal person working hard to pay.. it’s a waste of money ! Plenty of other good establishments that can give your child a good education . I went to a private school and so did all my family but I have never come across a school as arrogant as St. Peter’s ! My child had a great time but the school failed to communicate . Advice ... get the children out of the walls and show them different areas of York .. do good for the people of york ! Charity work etc ..pay attention to the students that may need a bit of help don’t ignore them ...
This is a very academically good school, but please be careful. There is Saturday school, the workload is a lot at times, and there is a fair share of *social conservatism* from some of the pupils. Really great, wouldn't change it for the world, but just mind out.
