this school is so bad it makes me sick the teachers dont care about any of there students and they certinley dont care about there learning they give out detentions and isolations like its nothing and they put kids down and dont care about students mental health and if your child is struggling and looking for a school trust me dont go to this one because it will drain your child and the teachers will treat your kid poorly and not even bother to ask or care about what the child is going through and will santion them and give them endless punishments i know many srudents that go to this school and they only care about there policy and dont be fooled by this catholic school because its toxic and is a horrible place full of bullies including teachers respectfully
I go to sixth form here and it’s really good, great supportive team, highly trained and passionate teachers who genuinely care about your mental and academic growth, good school funding with great providing of resources, incredible arts department specifically the theatre and happy welcoming school vibe. It’s always nice being here, the pupils are welcoming because of the schools ethos that has been drilled into them since secondary. As an external student, it was refreshing going here and actually being excited to go to school for the first time ever
Good quality of education for “academic” students, along with the art based departments (apart from the lack of funding). There are some very bigoted teachers, especially in the RE department (along with an anti-abortion board). I personally found the majority of teachers very supportive but I know a fair few people who didn’t.
The sixth form is a whole lot better than the secondary school.
