I was in St. Agustin's school from 1947-1958. We had a Boys and Girls school in those days. Infants was the first, the on to the 'Big' schools. Girls stayed in the same building, with a bigger playground, and the boys were near the church in St. Agustin's Rd.
In between our schools was Larkhill Convent. The school our daughter graduated to. I'm 81 now but most of those years are still fresh in my mind.
We are now in Australia, and we love our home here but, to me, St. Agustin's will always be in my heart.
