Ss Peter and Paul Catholic Primary School

-Hello! This school is great and all, it has good security and some nice teachers. However some of the quality's of this school are poor.
Take long hair not being able to have hair down for example but shoulder length can, Long length hair cannot have their hair down for "reasons of nits" but shoulder length can still get nits too. It makes no difference at all if your going to tell people off for having their long hair down, don't let shoulder length hair have their hair down or let both have their hair down.

-This school is also extremely strict about it's "toilet time" for example if a kid was bursting for the toilet the teacher (in my experience) will say you should have gone at break or someone else is there already, excuse but I can't control it. It's the same with boys, there are alot of boys in this school who have bladder infections causing them to go to the toilet, but the teacher will say you can go ONCE and that's it. Or they will say you have just been to the toilet haven't you? Overall toilet experience is very poor.

-Another problem, shouting at kids for doing nothing wrong. I will sometimes see children struggling or getting mad about something and they will immediately get told off this is bad for children's mental health, simply asking you to fix it

-The help in this school is ok but could be better some teachers are amazing at explaining things but some teachers are preposterous at explaining things and have little patience.

-Our activities our cool I guess but we need to get more excersise. There is 6 hours in a school day and we get about 45 minutes out, and maybe and hour or so of pe for one day per week, again this isn't good for our mental health it can actually make our mental health increasingly worse as we are stuck in a building for about 5 hours and 15 minutes none stop working. Yes I get it is the point of a school to learn but it still needs more excersise (that will also keep our brains healthy)

-Last thing, so basically I suffer from anxiety and my experience with this school and anxiety is horrible. You are sometimes even maybe ALL THE TIME forced to stand up in the front of the class and solve an equation, randomly called out and picked on by the teachers, getting put on the spot not knowing what to do, reading out loud when you don't want to this is kind of unfair and makes my anxiety worse, I also dont like socializing or dealing with bad situations but it seems thats impossible to avoid in this school. It's crowded with bullies and the teachers do nothing about it, nwxt time someone gets bullied stop it don't let it continue.

This school is horrible the teachers unfair in every way possible. The teachers are also extremely sexist.The school is tolerable until your child gets in to year 4.If you child is a girl them will Get constantly nagged about their hair if it’s over shoulder length they will have to have it up and they pick on a selection of children for no reason and force them to have there hair up in a certain way for example when your child has there hair half up they would constantly make up rules along the way from my experience them said when I had my hair half up I had to add loads of hair in to the bobble and then they started to say that the fronts of my hair was need to be up.Now the school dinners and horrid the cooks can’t even be called cooks because of how disgusting the food is.Children are barley allowed to go the toilet from my experience one time I asked to go to the toilet and the teachers said you should have gone at play time most children wouldn’t have need to go to the toilet at play time and even if I did, it was 40 mins after play time.The teachers do not care about the kids mental health and children get screamed at for no reason.Teachers say they never have favourite but in this school there is and there are least favourites aswell. The school is better then last year now as we have a new head teacher who has made the school system so much better but apart from that, this school is horrible and I would never recomend sending your children here.
