Worst nursery in Northampton
The staff there are constantly rude, obnoxious and have caused all the good staff that the children actually like to leave. When asked about this they have been told nothing. When children are being collected they are not being watched and are allowed to run straight out. It is a community building so the public are coming and going which is a huge safeguarding risk to the children. The toddler room is a complete shambles; the staff in there are rude, dishonest and have management wrapped around their little finger. The staff do not understand safeguarding and anything brought up with management gets brushed under the carpet but they are quick enough to save themselves.
