Awful school. As a previous student I’d like to say it was the worst time of my life, two of my science teachers in my gcse years ( 10 and 11 ) wasn’t even here and so I had to tolerate clueless teachers assistants covering lessons. English teacher consistently told us bizarre stories such as how he would kill someone with a razor blade by putting it in an ice cube and making someone swallow it. We were informed that should any incident occur it should be reported however heads of houses were difficult to access as they never appeared to be in their offices and then by time you finally arrive back in class you would be put in detention for being late. If you forgot or lost your planner 3 times in a whole month it would be a full 6 hour day spent in isolation. All ball games are banned and you will again receive a full day in isolation are an after school detention for even attempting such things. No real care was taken in lessons as it was evident that the more popular you were the more you could get away with. The ‘crispy’ chicken baguettes are often soggy and undercooked and since they are one of the only options for food after the menu was massively downsized I would recommend just bringing a packed lunch with you. Queues for lunch also meant you’d probably get sometimes less than 5 minutes to eat or even no hot food at all because they often run out. One of the latest rules was that you had to ask permission to take your jumper off regardless of the heat and if you didn’t have one with you it would be an after school detention or isolation. Wrong socks more than twice would be isolation for six hours. Girls are allowed skirts yet boys aren’t allowed shorts for some reason ? You are not allowed to leave to go to the toilet during lessons, unless on the off chance you have a teacher who decides to let you go, however most of the time this was not the case. You cant even buy a bottle of water from the canteen anymore. Do not bother going to this pathetic excuse of a school !

Far to many pupils because of the ridiculous amount of housing in the local area. Not as good as the school once was. The school is only really interested in the top 10% of pupils who would do well in any school.

It’s okay it’s just that we aren’t allowed any jewellery or piercings apart from one watch and studs in your ears but they are wanting to exclude me for a nose piercing but my argument is how does it affect my learning ? How does a tiny little spot sized stud affect anything ? The answer is it doesnt

If you get good grades , teachers love you. Toxic Community , still don’t know why we have high rates of bullying. If you have disabilities, it either goes everyone hates you or everyone hates but the teachers . If you can see that between sets there’s a difference as the lowest set do not care if there’s a pandemic as they would rather die then the highest set where they want to stop the pandemic
