I booked this breakfast club for my child after ringing and asking if they were the ones who dropped children off at my child’s school as I couldn’t find any others online. They informed me they were but failed to inform me there was also another 2 clubs nearer to my child’s school that did. When dropping them off realised I had booked into the wrong club. I immediately informed the person who asked me to ring the admin at opening hours. I rang and explained I had got the wrong club and asked for a refund minus that day as I had paid for a whole month as requested when booking.I was informed they would speak to the manager and let me know. I received an email informing me they would not be refunding my money and in fact they should have charged me more but as a gesture of goodwill would not pursue me for that. I had explained I am a single carer and can’t afford to lose this money as I needed to book my child into the correct place. I am still pursuing this as it believe it is grossly unfair as it was a genuine mistake which I tried to remedy immediately. Also, they took my child to school and they were several minutes late and missed registration which was quite upsetting for my child. I do not recommend this place simply due to the very poor customer service and lack of understanding. They said they have overheads to consider, my child was with them less than 1.5 Hours!
