As a previous Employer I feel this company lacks respect and collaboration with their staff. I was hired as a Early Years practitioner and a Cleaner so they got two jobs done for the price of 1.
Also there was an Expectation for the staff to sit in their cars due to no staff room for staff , no hot drink facilitys no where for the staff to store their cold food or heat their food. Staff could possibly use the kitchen and walk through the play area with boiling hot drinks and food and sit in a small managers room.staff were not allowed to leave untill all the cleaning was done and cleaning didn't start untill the last child left . This meant you had 30 minutes to clean the 3 nursery rooms, 3 gardens toilets X3 2 dinning rooms all in 30 minutes and mark it all off on a double A4 paper and then get the manager for a walk around and this took longer then you got paid . Be Ware future staff this company had a nursery close down before so be careful they promise you stuff but you have to work for cheap labour
