What a shocking school this really is

This school is verry compliment when it comes to there students and food , they declined a student to not have food as there was no money but they normally inform you that you don’t have enough , so the student had to go a full school day without food , we have tried ringin the school but the women was verry rude and spoke over me multiple times, this is meant to be a anti bullying school

horrible don't recommend.

It is so bad it takes the teachers ages to sort out bullying. I got bullied and it took the teachers a week to sort it out!

A sad fall from grace

What was once a very caring school which valued community and upheld excellent standards of behaviour has sadly let itself go. It is heartbreaking to see how far this school has fallen from it's once prestigious place in the local community, to a school which now appears to have very few boundaries and staff who are apathetic towards the majority of their students.

not good

most of the staff genuinely did not care about the wellbeing of the students and they also picked favourites. students who flat out confessed that they were suicidal received little to no support. school counselor is a good person but not the right choice for the role and fails to make a connection. i left before covid so don't know if much has changed since. the only positive of the school is the SEN provision/classroom which was very good and caring although the treatment of disabled students by non SEN teachers was quite awful.

mediocre at best.

It’s not awful but it is not great, teachers do not care about anyone mental health nor bullying. Some teachers are really patronising and sit on a high horse but most are okay. Some teachers also keep grudges even if you made one mistake in year 7, they will remember until year 11! One should not expect extraordinary grades however one should expect average grades. Someone has once broke into the school. Security is not good at all.

Average

it’s okay, the teachers are hard working. However , head of behaviour is terribly sexist towards girls in sport and with uniform. Also no form of mental health support than a school chaplain that tells you Jesus solves your problems. People also get away with too much. Other than that, the teachers help you get good grades , but also favour smarter people at times

.....

Really bad. Care more about themselves rather than students. Teachers talk to you in a patronising tone (even when you're an ex student)
