Very judgemental staff do not have the best interests of the child in place seem self absorbed & on a constant power trip discrimination against young single mothers & breach data protection laws & also breach non disclosure puts children at risk instead of trying to help any underlying issues due to the need of wanting to be in control instead of helping resolve issues they create issues when they feel the need instead of trying to help do notcresond to formal complaints they care more about personal status & not the needs of the children or their immediate families they would rather escalate their misguided suspicion than speak to families to express any concerns
