The children are lovely however it’s a terrible place to work. I was left alone with 15 babies several times even though I’m not qualified yet and that’s way more than the child to adult ratio. I really do feel for the babies as they haven’t been treated right. If I was you I wouldn’t send your children there or work there.
They are ok with children but not great. I worked there for a short period of time and saw what it’s like behind closed doors. Preschool had great staff, they are great with children and obviously care, however in the baby and toddler areas they weren’t so great. The manager isn’t liked by the kids, the “naughty” kids literally cry when they’re threatened to sit with her. She doesn’t treat her staff right either.
The women is the baby area are horrible to the new staff members particularly apprentices as young as age 16 and get to do no work while the teenagers do everything they don’t want to do.
The manager fires staff randomly, i was told to leave for not “smiling enough” and i was late once or twice etc. I was never late i was on time or early, their checking in system is terrible, it’s hard to understand and doesn’t always work.
My friend was asked to leave because she was pregnant. My other friend was also told to leave (all in apprenticeships) for silly reasons.
The only good part is genuinely the preschool. They are they only ones good with children, but personally i wouldn’t send my own kids here. Ever.
