Horrific
Mentally destroyed me when I was a student here, I ended up having to drop out when I was fourteen because this place left such bad lingering touches on me I couldn’t even leave my bed with how useless I felt. I’m eighteen now and only just getting back into the swing of things thanks to antidepressants and I wholeheartedly blame the time I spent here. High tolerance for bullying
Terrible school for bullying. I used to feel scared walking to the school gates and people would should harassment and abuse to me and spread rumours but because this was never on the curriculum, I wasn't even aware of how bad the bullying was. I would walk around town and I put up with harassment from other people for years and grew up not feeling safe and dealing with anxiety. Terrible school.
Terrible school. Raw food served, none of the teachers care about your mental health, punishments are very, very harsh and very hard to learn in the lessons due to the lack of effort by the teachers and students. Very half hearted school. The prices of the food are very high and almost every time the food is either raw or overcooked or just extremely plain like prison food. Terrible school
This school is not the greatest school ever. After lessons you have 5 minute walking time and if your 1 minute late after your 5 min walking time you get a 6 minute after school detention on a Thursday, this is ridiculous because children that get buses could easily miss their bus. If you get a 2 minute you just have to go sign ur name off for absolutely no reason, this isn't even punishment and just risks children living far away missing their bus. Teachers say if you miss your bus its not their fault and you should of been on time to lesson even though most the time the children are. You get an after school detention for 1hour if you use the wrong bathrooms which is ridiculous if you desperately need the toilet. Teachers favorite some students over other. The worst part about this school is the food and the staff in the canteen. Food isn't cheaply priced and the bacon sandwiches at lunch are always mostly fat, chewy or sock solid and there is always shortages of food for other students who come in later. Some students even come to lessons 10 minutes late because how long it takes for food to be served. I understand there is a lot of children but the queues are horrendous! there is children being injured by being pushed into walls and a lot of people lose there place in line due to pushers. They care more about punishments then childrens education. Some teachers are really nice and some teachers only see the negative in you.

Terrible.
I go to this school currently and I can say the teachers do not care about your mental health at all. They're making new, stricter rules every term. The cameras looking into the toilets make me feel incredibly uncomfortable and there should be no excuse for them. You get atrocious punishments for being in the same cubicle with someone even if they were crying or you might not have any other friends so you eat lunch in one. Happiest town ? Not the happiest school
Some really great teachers, but some really terrible ones too, who make you feel pressured, unwelcome and scared to arrive at school. Bullying is poorly dealt with and mental health is practically a joke to them.

Special Educational Needs
The school’s approach to SEN students is appalling. Kids come in with extreme needs and maximum funding to get no support what so ever. Certain members of staff are not qualified to deal with challenging situations (such as a meltdown/over stimulation) and even the pastoral team cause students anxiety. They also show no interest in bullying, they can be fully aware of illegal activities and just turn a blind eye. It’s disgusting.
