Priory is awful. The kids are all rude, disrespectful people and the teachers aren't much better. Someone had an allergic reaction once and they sent them back to class. The teachers couldn't care less about he students if they tried- the only good think about it is the resources. They make no effort to help children learn, instead choosing to speak at the pupils, refusing to explain the task to people who may need help or extra attention. They don't recognise the effort put in from most pupils, either. Only the charismatic ones are worthy.
This school gave my best friend terrible mental health as they don't care about her or any of there students I know this as my siblings went and made them feel terrible
Absolutely useless at following policy procedures around bullying and aggressive behavior, so many children with anxiety from attending priory. Many students leave
I'm a year 8 in this school. My best friend was bullied and framed for it and is being transferred. The school is also favouritistic. I turned in the homework for the next week not that week and got detention, just after another kid got away with it. That kid was in the teachers tutor group. Another freind got detention for being 5 minutes late from lunch, but she was in the back of the queue and to get her food alone took 27 minutes. The faculty do little to ensure the happiness of students. My sister goes here too and has anxiety. In math class, she was having an episode. The teacher told her to "see how she felt at lunch."
She proceeded to have a breakdown and got in trouble for it. All of my friends in Worle are happy with how their school is. At priory my friends aren't. People say priory is better but I disagree after a year.
My sister goes here and it’s rubbish, they didn’t help her at all over lockdown and she has some mental issues to sort out and notes from her doctor yet the school didn’t believe it and were really rude when it came to her having to have days off for her mental health
