Bullying kids, Uncaring stuff, Terrible advice and Huge lies
I'm going to get straight to the point, the staff are uncaring as all can be, i have told many teachers that people in my class continue to, bully me, throw stuff at me and talk throughout the entire lesson. The teachers, however, brush it off like its nothing, they don't try to help whatsoever, and whenever I say anything back, i get warned, removed etc. I feel as if i'm being picked on by not only the students, but the teachers as well.
Form time is boring and uneventful as we are now reading these awful books that nobody wants to actively read, the form tutor we have is snappy and annoying.
As for them caring about mental health, racism, homophobia etc, this is all a massive lie in order for you to think the school cares "so much" however once again, they just brush it off and say in assembly, things such as "take a nice shower" or "play with a dog", these are NOT even remotely helpful as while these could potentially make you happy, these aren't proper advice to help with depression.
This school has unironically made me suicidal at some points, i just can't continue with constantly being insulted and then not being able to do anything about it.
And this is coming from a year 9 student, with mental disabilities such as, autism and ADHD, so i'm lucky as i get "extra support" of 30 minutes to talk to someone a week and a teaching assistant who helps with nothing and is only in about 2/5 lessons a day.
This is the kind of school that will care WAY MORE about their reputation then anything else, I've actually heard multiple people saying slurs, and getting into zero trouble, yet i can get a detention for standing up for myself.
There's way too much homework, some of it takes 2 hours or more to complete, it's demoralising. Whenever you tell someone this, all they say is "Wait until you get to year 10" or "You've had a week to do it" which would be fine if it wasn't for the fact that they sometimes set 9 pieces of homework. Per. Week.
So all in all, I highly would try to avoid this hellhole of a place they dare call a "school" I have so much more i could talk about, but i wont dwell into it, since this review is extremely long already. Goodbye

It used to be ok but is now meh
When I first went to this school it was a nice and welcoming school. Now due to the lack of good staffing and lack of a good encouraging leadership team the school is left bucked. It has to be one of the worst in Buckinghamshire due to those reasons. Also not to mention how terrible the schools conditions are. Yes I get that they are trying to sort it but to be honest it is getting beyond a joke
Avoid this place.
I did 5 years here so know the school very well. This school is not a place i would reccomend as the teahing quality is far below standard therefore very difficult to study in lessons due to a disruptive class, Seems fun till your in yr 11, then very annoying. Only 2 genuinly good teachers who have turned my life around. Would not have needed turning round had the school paid attension to their students. Bulling here is not a major issue, however it is usually petty and repetitive name calling. Fights are rare, only seen 4, trust me thats low. Majority of students who attend dont want to learn and are small minded. As someone with ambition this left me with many acqaintances and 1 friend who was a teacher due to me being very mature not to sound big headed. This is NOT a place you are likely to achieve high grades. Its a 4/10
Student view
This school is not very good, I know people who have been bullied and the teachers brush it off, people who have become depressed and suicidal and I also know that they care more about there reputation rather then their pupils.
this school sucks
i’ve suffered endless bullying from boys at my school and school has only said ‘boys will be boys’ i genuinely have ended up with severe mental issues due to this and they haven’t cared. teachers are also careless and rude.

And they don’t have communication with the students and they don’t even show you productive things I got removed 4 times by the same teacher for no reason so if you are moving here DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE
