Terrible school. I’ve, unfortunately, experienced this school twice, hoping that years later they would have improved – but no luck, unfortunately.
Children are sometimes left all day with nothing to eat because there’s nothing left in the canteen.
The school operates with a strict, military-style approach and shows absolutely no compassion for the children. Most of the staff have serious attitude problems, so it’s no wonder why half the pupils behave the way they do.
Parents are not allowed on the school premises, including the playground, unless they have an appointment. In fact, all parents are made to wait on the road outside the school, which leads me to believe they don’t want parents seeing how the school is run. This also causes issues for pedestrians trying to walk past.
For the past few weeks, I’ve entered the school regardless and have witnessed staff completely disrespecting the children. They scream and shout at them in a way that mirrors bad parenting.
There’s no warmth in the school, no sense of community.
The children are also left to spill out onto the road at the end of the day. There are frequent fights and disrespectful behaviour towards the public, while the two staff members at the gate often stand there gossiping. After leaving the school, pupils go to the nearby estate and cause havoc. On one occasion, a boy verbally threatened my daughter, mentioning a knife, and four girls took her photos in the changing room. When I reported these incidents, they were completely disregarded.
If your child has SEN, I cannot stress this enough – DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE. Teachers disregard SEN pupils’ needs entirely and expect them to behave and learn at the same level as every other pupil. They are utterly unequipped to support children with special educational needs.
I have only given 1 star because there is no option to give 0. This is by far the WORST school in Lambeth the staff are disrespectful to both parents and pupils and they feel that they can belittle children just because they are children. The teachers are bullies. The headteacher is never in the school only on open day's and your child's head of year is never available and when you leave messages they NEVER call you back. You as a parent need to be constantly chasing up. If you have any sense DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO HAVE ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION ABOUT GOING TO SCHOOL. WORST PLACE FOR A CHILD'S MENTAL HEALTH.
this school is crap, they give out sdds for absolutely no reason? i literally replied “ok” to a teacher and i get a saturday which is 3 hrs long 😐 the students are very friendly cant lie and then the teachers r js bad
Deaf skl, so strict, no international days or culture days, NO BLACK HISTORY MONTH, takes forever to move classes, barely any own clothes days, kids r bitchy and mean and the teachers don't do shit
This school has its downsides but every school does. I would highly recommend this school to people who are looking to succeed and get good grades. They offer many revision sessions and extra opportunities to improve my knowledge of my struggling subject areas. They did this by offering after school classes. These sessions weren't just for people wanting to secure a pass but they were used to help people get the grade 9s with ease. Well easy as long as u still study and everything but they made sure you didn't do it alone. I left this school very satisfied and very glad about my grade 6s and grade 7s. I wasn't the smartest of students either I was average. Looking for a school look no further.

If I could give minus stars, I absolutely would.
