I am currently a student here at pershore high and I can tell you first hand that this school is awful with negative actions, bullying is not dealt with at all. Racist and/or homophobic comments are over looked and none of the teachers do anything about it. The reason a lot of students don't come to the teachers for help because the teachers do nothing. NOTHING. Also in assembly they say about the amazing reputation of this school and how if you mention you are from here they will instantly like you. That is a load of bull. Sorry but it is, this school has such a bad reputation, the students at this school are either drug addicts or a bit smarter than the average student so they get bullied for their talents. Sorry for this little rant but this school should be burned down, I'm surprised it hasn't actually with the amount of little brats pulling the fire bell in important exams.

This school has a horrendous SEND department. They have had 3 head of departments since 2018.
They only value high achieving students, it took 4 years to diagnose my child dyslexic.
You constantly have to chase the department to ensure your child is getting the help they need, it’s not forth coming.
They don’t respond to emails very quickly and again you have to chase & chase.
I can’t wait till my child leaves, an awful school.
I would think very carefully about sending your child here if they have any kind of SEND requirements.

Dead school
Don’t do anything when something bad happens to someone with disabilities and if confronted just dismissed and when it comes to homophobia they just turn into jobsworths
Not great
Their only care is how others perceive them,if you were getting grade 9s but ur uniform is even slightly incorrect, you are see in a bad light against other students.Some of the teachers are considerate but others do not care if your grades aren’t to their standards.They are also terrible at dealing with any bullying of such,it’s just a hot chocolate and be on your way.I can agree you get a pretty average education there is nothing bad about that,although,as previously stated,some particular staff are only suitable at teaching those destined to succeed and terrible at teaching those who need academic support.
Only cares about uniform policies
Only cares about being top of the league tables and what students look like. But don’t deal with bullying, racism and homophobic students. PE equipment needs changing as some of the stuff hasn’t been replaced since the 1960s.
No welfare for students at all
Does nothing about homophobia and racism absolutely disgusting
