Mrs Conway is a bully well infact most of the teachers are well above themselves it's a school in the 21st century not a prison the schools full of bullying from the teachers and pupils headteacher thinks hes top dog when in fact he's a top bell dose nothing for the school only his ego.
Passmores has alot of support for the people who need it. You build relationships with fellow students and staff around you people say how bad this school is when it actually isn't that bad. Passmores builds character and helps you with what you want to do even if you don't like school.
Yeah the bulling and racism isnt that good but overall its not as bad as people say you learn alot more than you think and some teachers are so nice and others not so much
I have met some wonderful people here, both students and staff, but this is not a school for those who are serious about a successful future. That does not mean to say that students who attend Passmores go on to fail - four alumni have so far been accepted into the university of Cambridge - however, behaviour is appalling, racism, bullying and homophobic behaviour are the norm, staff shortages mean that many teachers are not teaching their own subjects (I did not have a science teacher for two of the three terms of year 8!) so progress is slow and disjointed, and the school management is unwilling to truly listen to students and act in our interests in a way that is meaningful and they constantly work around the pupils who consistently misbehave, so the majority who consistently follow the rules become punished. It will forever be a mystery why Passmores is oversubscribed year after year.
