As a former student, I absolutely hated it. Small classes mean that unless someone moves away, if they’re your year or the year above/below, you’re going to interact with them loads. At least in my year group and the years around us, very established groups, who didn’t get on with each other. Many students in upper years just generally unpleasant, teachers (at least in my tenure) were uninspiring and repetitive. Trips were good. Food was generally inedible, especially latterly. Was one of the few students in my year (and we were on the larger side for park street) to pass SATs. Teachers wouldn’t accept when they did things wrong, blame often placed on students. Also, as someone with a disability, little support was provided from the school, and nothing was done when I was mistreated by other students due to my disability. Teachers have been openly homophobic/transphobic, and Christianity is forced upon the students in a more extreme manner than other Christian schools in the area.
