Originally was told they were an excellent nursery but after a few months, problems started. The staff were inconsistent in views of observation and concerns. Our child had medical equipment and the manager mishandled this in a dangerous way within 14 hours of being signed on on her training. The deputy was clearly too intimidated to intervene and speak out again st her boss and let her make a dangerous mistake, risking my child's life. My child was filmed by the manager whilst alone and laying in a bed, against their own safeguarding policy and they lied about us and falsely distorted information to report us to social services. Thankfully their allegations were later deemed to be unfounded. Manager was intimidating to speak to and had a caustic attitude. I was regularly screamed at infront of the children for my child being too difficult for them to cope with due to their medical issues.
