My child attended this school from its opening until they left this year aged 19.
Most of the staff have known my child since being 4 years old.
Over the years we built up a fantastic relationship with the school with always did their very best for my child’s needs.
My child loved attending this school, we were always very happy and felt they were safe, well taken care off, and taught in the ways best suited for my child.
Things weren’t always perfect, there were little things over the many years that needed addressing, and it was always done so with excellent professionalism, and always ended in the best outcome for my child.
Communication has always been excellent and the thing I always really liked, was that the school was like an extended family, everyone, staff and pupils, all knew my child, and all know each other, which was always a nice feeling to have.
My only negative is that trips, especially residential type, were always attended by the same pupils every time, every single year, leaving a great many others not included, and it always seemed to be the students who were easier to care for and able bodied who got to attend all events. My child only every attended 2 residential trips in 15 years at the school.
