I went to this school from Reception all the way to Year 6 (I nearly made it to the end but switched schools)
In Reception it was great! Sure, some incidents happened but we were so young and carefree, the only thing I would say is that I got blamed for a lot of things that I didn’t do but couldn’t communicate because of my speech not being to where it needed to be for my age
In year 1 everything was fine but again the every few couple of incidents but was all good
In year 2 the teacher bullied me so much, my speech was improving but not much, every time she asked me a question and I was thinking of my answer she would go to the wall and say “Am I speaking to a wall” and everyone laughed at me, this sticks into my head a lot because I was only 7 years old. SEVEN YEARS OLD!!! Which teacher does that to a 7 year old which speech difficulties, she started this for weeks until my mum phoned the school, just a shame that the teacher appeared at my high school when I transferred
In Year 3 everything went good but until a teacher threatened me for not wearing my glasses (Change of prescription meaning I had to not wear my glasses until the others came, the teacher was aware of this) She also threatened me over my homework out of all things, threatening to come to my house!!!!!
Another incident in Year 3 with another two teachers, one of them made me go into the naughty corner for forgetting my 123’s in french and forgetting my body parts in french, it’s a language and it’s such a shame that others also forgot but I was the only one put into the naughty corner, another teacher shouted in my face and told me I was a bad kid
In year 4, the same teacher who shouted at me was also my teaching assistant so my grades dropped rapidly due to panicking, she used to take me out of breaks to complain about my work, she used to shove it into my face and told me that I wasn’t good enough for anyone and I remember just crying in my seat, the same woman is now at my workplace and is still the same stern old woman that she was back then too
In year 5 the teaching assistant threatened me to not tell my parents about her way of making girls take their earrings out for PE (threatening to rip them out) I told my parents obviously, I got shouted at the next day and was threatened again, the woman left after lots more parents put complaints in
Year 6 was the worst year ever, the teacher never referred to me as my name, it was always “her, she, that, it” sometimes worse, shouted at me over not being able to do algebra, making me stay in at breaks to tell me that I was a disappointment and that I’d never get anywhere in life, the teaching assistant also told me the same and I noticed a piece of paper on her desk that said “Pupils in danger” My name was at the top and to this day I still have no clue about what it meant
I would not recommend this school to an alien, never mind a person
A shocking school that needs to be sorted out
