Children then go to the local feeder secondary school needing lots more support, than they either wise would of had at this primary school to prepare them. This place was rated Ofsted outstanding in 2014, but is certainly way below this rating now.
The head teacher has deliberately removed hard working staff from the school that have challenged his arrogant authority and toxic work culture that he has created, due to simple disagrements or unfair working conditions. Many staff stay quiet, even when they don't agree for fear of losing their job even if they are permanent staff.
The senior leadership team never have any meaningful involvement or supportive collaboration with children in the classrooms. Rules are harshly forced on to children and the head teacher try to intimidate them, to force them to comply.
Parents and students have complained about this school in other local primary schools, because of the way the head teacher has badly treated them.
Please really think carefully before sending your child to this school, it is a very toxic environment. This review is based on past experiences of being involved with this rotten place.
