This school is harmful
Just as the recent allegations have suggested, this school is harmful to children. I am a psychologist who has worked for years supported children who have been excluded from this school, and who were mentally abused by staff. Finally parents and teachings are speaking up- they can't keep getting away with this

This school honestly treat young like criminals… teachers who are forced to comply with the disrespectful dictatorship tend to leave as they can’t bare the tension either. Many teachers expose things are worse than we can see.
Generally kids complain about school and parents ignore them… in the case of this school it’s vital you listen… if you don’t care about your child’s mental health, if you think it’s humorous your child having a nervous disposition then this school is for you. Sell your soul for a grade 😭.
The School claims to prepare you for working life … how ridiculous… the working world is nothing like that… the school is hostile and prison like… not welcoming, inspiring or culturally acceptable.

The system of this school is extremely strict. The system is not humane at all, This school wants to turn all children into robots 。 school teachers under huge pressure from the boss, so they pass the pressure to students . They don’t really care student any feelings
There is no standard for teachers to abuse their power to punish students. Don't give students any chance to explain. For example, forgetting to bring learning tools, shaking hands with good friends, and even wearing school uniforms going to the store to buy food after school, etc., trivial things.
Even Saturday, you have to go school to be punished for stay in office, OMG it absolutely disgusting

The school will not treat your child with any respect and some of its rules are horrendous some teachers scream at students for getting a simple question wrong I have seen a teacher say that our class was a waste of his life. There also was a pedo teacher

well it is a really good school, but the whole thing about being strict is stereotypical because everyone is really nice and it’s only when you are in detentions when they are really strict. i have never gotten a detention and i’m in year 11, and the gcse choices are amazing! however, the way they deal with bullying is a bit shit because they often tell you to ignore someone insulting you. so, their “no bullying policy” is a bit of a joke
Iffy and not completely true to what they say
It’s a nice school I guess but it’s really hard to settle in. The teachers are often very unclear- I know many people who thought the teacher was making ‘threats’ in a joking way but it turned out they were genuine. And they do often sound like jokes. It’s not completely perfect and while they say it’s free of bullying and negative things it’s still bursting with them. Side note the teachers swear ( a lot) and are ver shouty

Some teachers are average but many are very harsh and blame you for things. Racism is not dealt with properly.
Mental health is affected mainly because of the rules but also by the way some teachers treat you. When you join the school you are promised that bullying will be treated properly but most teachers make it worse.
