I have changed my review to 1 star based on the below
1. Finance get things wrong constantly. I battled with at them at the start as they didn't want to accept my tax free child care payment. I literally had to call the tax free child care team to tell Mill Cottage they were wrong. I had wasted 2 days on this. Ridiculous
2. We gave them plenty of notice when we decided to take our children out they are claiming they haven't receivedhr email, the matter is now proceeding to court and will be defended robustly
Conclusion, this is not a good setting, and not a montessori setting as they claim, children often watch TV and cartoons which defeats the purpose of a child care. If I wanted my kids to watch TV they would happily do that at home
