Great for disabled kids, but not for disabled adults.
Spent 3 months as a 1:1 with a child with SEN. I was upfront about my disability (epilepsy) right from the get go. Meridian chose not to make any accommodations to support me, and as I was an agency worker they had no legal obligation to help me in anyway, so they didn't.
