Scream, shut up and if you complain we will get you out!
There is a culture of belittling the girls, shouting and screaming at them constantly. They are forced to have their school planners open at the so called demerit page ready for a member of staff to scream and abuse them and write down a demerit even before they enter the building. They have to have the planner open at all times, such as when walking down the corridors, on this demerit page just in case a teacher feels smallminded enough to not have a positive rapport but a pedantic response. So the emphasis is on negativity from the second they arrive in school. The demeaning and derrogatory comments with inappropriate and unprofessional comments is quite unbelievable. Some staff literally scream at the girls losing their composure as if they are at home with a crowd of nieces they do not like. Then they stage a wellness day. It is mind blowing. Staff have now resorted to standing on the dining room tables to address the girls: they scream, threaten and abuse them reminding them that they can be suspended any moment. The new building is severely overcrowded with nowhere for the girls to go at break and lunch. Classes have up to thirty in a room. There is an air of hostility and threat. There are some key staff who are very good and worth their weight in gold but many others waiting for retirement or who are not qualified in the first place. There is a culture of suspicion and dislike of the girls as if they are always up to no good. Year 11 are not treated with dignity or respect. As a medical doctor, I feel saddened that so many opportunities have been lost to inculcate manners as many staff do not model any. GIRLS leave with a dislike of the hijab as it is used as a weapon to chastise them, they feel ambiguous towards prayer as it is a time to shout at them more. Shut up is used daily by most staff and the sarcastic caustic comments and plain mean comments are on a rise. As an independent school there is no route to officially complain. It could be so much more. At the moment it is an aggressive and angry place.
worst school ever
its highly overrated and the headteacher only cares about the money she gets , the fees increased and its harder to pay now .
dont send your children a public school is much better , english teachers are limited the science deparetment isnt that great and a public schools education will be better and its free . however if you are sending your kids there for the deen you are delusional the deen they have is all fake its all for pictures on insta and for donations that they call zakah.
NEVER GO THERE
Over rated incompetent school. If you are thinking that your children will be going to a school to improve your den then think again. This school has financial problems and you’re investing into a business not a school. Why?
1. The school has funding issues trying to modernise another school. It recently asked for parents help to improve it
2. The school increased its fees by a whopping £2000. It said it was necessary to update the new school
3. Smaller schools are better. They think having a larger school it better but it’s not. Bigger classrooms means less adequate teaching.
4. Widely known to pay their teachers much less. Most are young desperate for a job.
5. If you know any of the children, ask them privately if you think it’s a good school. There is an overwhelming majority of them will say no and of course the school will never discuss this.
6. There are children that vape in the school. The teachers know this but ignore.
7. You’re wasting your money here. The school is trying to make money by putting their old school for rent and beg from the parents
8. Poor management.
9. This school will take more holidays than any other school you’ll soon be wondering what are you paying for?
10. Ask any child secretly if they like the food and see their response.
If you don’t believe this ask any child secretly that attends this school and ask them if they think these questions are true.
The school is trying to over charge every parent for something which you can be free.
