Constantly picking on daughter about small stuff . Has diagnosed neurodiversity which she is constantly punished . Fearing for daughters decline in mental health. About to sue for discriminating.
Has made my daughter and our family’s life hell .
This school is honesty so appalling! The lack of care is shocking, mggs do not show any love or compassion towards their students and the staff are extremely rude. If your child does not have mental health issues before this school I assure you they will by the time they leave!
It’s a good school just could have some improvement. I joined in 2020 so I haven’t experienced a lot of starting there but I would recommend it maybe not the uniform tho. 🤎🌰🦃
Although I met many great peers at the school, the lack of understanding and care from the teachers was disturbing. Not all of the teachers lacked compassion and many are truly great at there jobs. However they care more about the ‘appearance’ of the school (eg uniform) then the education and well being of there students
The teachers at MGGS are great, they really make sure that your learning needs are catered for so that you can reach your best potential, however there is so much push on grades that it does sometimes feel like students loose individuality, control on mental health is eh, the school councillor honestly isn’t great, you can tell the whole school runs on ticking boxes rather than catering to each individual pupil. Overall it’s a good school for high achievers, maybe grammar school just wasn’t my thing.
