Had the unfortunate experience of sending my little one here. Had a few instances of rudeness from staff when collecting - my son was off ALOT as he was constantly getting ill from nursery. Always advised of absences and kept him away if ill. Was recently off due to an injured foot which I advised - when returning was refused entry and PCR demanded - no covid symptoms. When calling to query I was met with absolute hostility by owner on the phone - raised concerns surround one certain member of staffs attitude and was met with outright refusal by owner to accept that staff conduct could have possibly been rude. This was an issue on many occasions with 4 separate family members who collected my little one, to a point we were instructed to collect son earlier as ‘he became tired and grumpy around 12 so it’s best you pick him up then’ - when we pay for the time we send him in for we don’t expect to be told to collect him sooner. Very unprofessional despite high cost!
