Very poor accounts department, constantly chasing over charging of meals and “consumables”. Constantly changing days they would be closed for holidays. We took our children out after the awful Ofstead report. We gave 6 weeks notice but the funding, for the government 30hours per week, was not transferred to our new nursery, and kept by management. Cost nearly £1000 as we had to pay for the hours at new nursery.
have to agree with the other reviews below, new owner only interested in money, the new owner and management were so much better and genuinely cared. very unprofessional in speaking of previous staff and have had so many amazing staff members leave which says alot i would avoid, wont be sending my youngest here.
The actual nursery is lovely the staff are great my daughter loved it but the new owner completely let it down for me. We had strong words and she refused my daughter entry which caused huge embarrassment to me in front of other parents and my daughter in tears. Horrible woman who only cares about money. Who also decided to put the fees up £60 a month when we’re in the middle of a pandemic and people have lost their jobs!
