I would not recommend this nursery. We had a really bad experience of settling sessions.
The staff were very pushy in wanting us to leave our son almost immediately, even after an unfortunate incident with one of the other children, which was not handled well by the staff or more concerningly the room leader. After leaving him on day 3 our son had been sick and we were not informed untill I returned which made the experience even worse. Also, the staff were not very engaging with the children.
We were incorrectly charged a registration fee which contravenes the guidance set by the DfE. To make matters worse we were sent multiple payment reninders even after we had informed the nursery we were not going ahead. You also have to liaise with Grandir UK rather than the nursery directly which makes it really impersonal. We have since registered with another nursery and the quality of care we have experienced is exceptional in comparison to Little Acorns.
