This is honestly the most horrible and vile school to exist. The school environment is so depressing and I would wake up everyday wishing on my life that I wouldn’t have to go here. This school is racist and do not care for students. Teachers are way to strict and are all tight-fisted and miserable. All they care about is students getting good grades but how can they expect us to do good if they do not give the support to do so. This school also gives you a mad amount of homework and assigned work that needs to be done in a short period of time. They have extremely stupid high expectations for all students which on a crazy amount of pressure, stress and anxiety. They couldn’t care less about racism or bullying leaving many to suffer with depression ect. This school has the most awful and torturing atmosphere it felt like I was a prisoner. It is an extremely disgusting and unfriendly environment. I spent countless nights crying. As a favor, please do not go here or send your children here or was the worst time of my life and I always imagined how my teenage years were spent if I didn’t go to this school. Save yourself!
Racist school
This school has a very racist environment and people call others the n word and bully black people. These racial concerns are not taken seriously and lead to bad things happening.
My friend was racially bullied, would repeatedly be called the n word, and was stabbed in the hand with a compass by a group of racist girls.

This school is horrible, they don’t listen at all. I’ve always woken up everyday dreading to go in. It’s a horrible environment to be in and the food is so so bad and so expensive. I do not recommend going here unless you want to cry everyday. They put lots of pressure on you and in summer they don’t let you fill up your water bottles and in winter they don’t let you wear coats. They send you home with so much work and expect you to go home and complete it within at least 2 days.
Year 9
Simply
the structure of the school is wonderful, the problem is the way the questions are handled, for example I sent several emails asking for help to solve a question about my daughter, and I never got a response, my opinion speaks a lot and makes little, the girls tease each other and the school does not take steps to improve this. A pity because structurally it would have everything to be one of the best schools.
Not good school
I think this school is racist, a very white privileged school and does not care about mental health there more interested in us being late and not turning up to school then how we feel I used to try and go to the school counsellor there and she did not care barely cared about our appointments and most of the time send me back to lesson. I think a headteacher should be a friendly,nice and a happy person to have head of the school it brings good positivity into the school but Katie Scott Is a miserable cow brings negativity in the school atmosphere and is so rude! They really and truly only care about you getting high grades yet barely help us and give us the support we need so if your not up there getting good grades then they don’t care about you.I also think that the common room is very small and not a very welcoming room it’s only designed for us doing work in our frees which is stupid as we should be able to relax and sit down on the sofas which we are not able to do we have to do work or get out.Most six forms have big common rooms that our welcoming and comfy instead our one is small,cramped and quite cold looking not appealing.I really don’t understand why we are not aloud to relax in our frees it doesn’t really make any sense we are 18 and they treat us like we’re 12 at the end of the day we’re responsible for getting our work done in our frees so it should be up to us we basically just follow the same rules as the year 7s but to sum it all up I wouldn’t take my child here as I don’t think it’s a nice friendly environment.
Worst Choice of a School
This was a terrible place for me and all of my friends to be, some of the teachers are nice but besides that it's a very horrible environment. They don't handle anything to do with bullying or health conditions well. They give off the sence of, its your issue, you deal with it. Some of the teaching is good but they don't try and teach you in a way based on your own learning needs. They don't allow you to be who you want to be as they only want you to be the same boring person as everyone else. They blame you for a lot of things without any evidence even though its not your fault and you had nothing to two with it. Everyone I know who went/ is going to this school hates everything besides some friends they've met. If you want a good environment and a school that cares about your needs, don't go here. Many people have been bullied and the school actually accused the person who was bullied of lying and then refused to help out. With my own personal experience they did not even lift a finger to help out with what I was going through. This school put insane amounts of stress on me and I spiraled into depression and anxiety because of how I was treated. Worst time of my life and I'm glad I was able to leave.

I hated every day. Constant bullying, and I don’t mean name calling I mean physical and harassment. This school doesn’t change, my 2 nieces attend and the same things happen to others now they have said. To be blunt- it’s a VERY wealthy area so many kids attending have rich mummy/daddy’s and this school is one step away from being private. The staff hired are snobby and 0 help when it comes to bullying. If you have an issue with how the schools run ie policy on things or attitude towards bullying (ie valid points) they shut up shop.
But most of all? THEY ONLY CARE FOR THE BRIGHT STUDENTS. If you’re not the best or making the teachers look good, you will be slung in to the ‘slow’ class and forgotten about.
